Supergroup T3RMINAL, Featuring TESLA, W.A.S.P. and SALIVA Members, Records 18 Songs for Debut Album

When the rumble of a cruise ship’s engine met the clang of a bass amp, a new hard‑rock supergroup was born. T3RMINAL has finished 18 tracks for its debut album, which is slated for release in late 2026 or early 2027.

The lineup brings together veteran musicians from three iconic acts: TESLA’s bassist and founding member Brian Wheat, former TESLA guitarist Tommy Skeoch, ex‑W.A.S.P. guitarist Chris Holmes, and former SALIVA frontman Josey Scott. Studio drums are handled by Sal Giancarelli, who joined the group after touring with STAIND.

The idea first surfaced on a 2022 Monsters of Rock cruise. Holmes met Wheat aboard the ship, and the two struck up a friendship. Wheat later invited Holmes to his home in Italy, where the guitarist expressed interest in a new project. Wheat then reached out to Skeoch—who had re‑joined TESLA after a hiatus—and to Scott, the original vocalist of SALIVA. Interviews with Blabbermouth and The Metal Voice confirm that the four musicians agreed to collaborate, with Holmes and Wheat contributing guitar and bass material and Scott adding vocal work.

In a recent interview with Cassius Morris, Scott described the creative process. Wheat sent him six demo songs, and after a recording session in upstate New York the group wrote nine additional tracks, bringing the total to 18. The band now has enough material for an album but still needs to finish mixing and mastering.

Musically, T3RMINAL does not aim to replicate the sounds of its members’ former bands. Wheat explained that the project has a modern hard‑rock feel distinct from TESLA’s classic style, W.A.S.P.’s heavy metal aesthetic, or SALIVA’s alternative‑rock roots. The group blends Wheat’s pop‑oriented bass lines, Skeoch’s heavy guitar work, Holmes’s “80s go‑go” riffs, and Scott’s melodic vocal delivery.

The name T3RMINAL reflects the convergence of musicians from different backgrounds, much like travelers meeting at an airport terminal. The members emphasize a collaborative effort without egos, focusing on songwriting and performance.

T3RMINAL’s debut album will be the first full‑length release featuring all four musicians together. While the exact release date remains unconfirmed, industry reports indicate a window of late 2026 to early 2027. The group has not announced a tour or promotional schedule yet.

The supergroup’s formation and recording progress have been covered by several metal and hard‑rock outlets, including Blabbermouth, Metal‑Mantra, and The Metal Voice. Fans of TESLA, W.A.S.P., and SALIVA are watching the project closely, as it brings together veteran musicians from three distinct eras of rock.

At present, T3RMINAL has completed 18 tracks and is in the final stages of production. The band’s next public update is expected to include a release date and potential single announcements.
