Liv Morgan Declares Trouble the Hottest 2026 Music Video, Highlights WWEs Music-Marketing Push

Liv Morgan, WWE’s Women’s World Champion, has announced that her debut single “Trouble” is the most popular song and music video of 2026. The claim came during a Fightful interview after the track’s April 13 release and its debut as Morgan’s entrance theme at WrestleMania 42.

The video was uploaded to YouTube on April 13 and has already exceeded one million views, according to the channel’s publicly available statistics. Morgan emphasized that the figure reflects only YouTube traffic; she added that social‑media impressions run into the millions. The track was first teased on Monday night’s WWE Raw and was performed live by Morgan during her entrance at WrestleMania 42 on April 18.

"Ooh, yes. I think Trouble is the hottest song and the hottest music video of 2026. Over 1 million views on YouTube, and that’s just YouTube alone. If you’re talking about socials, we’re talking about millions, millions of impressions, Jackie. I had a very unique opportunity to record my own entrance song because I wanted new music. I feel like we are in a new era of Liv Morgan and so I wanted to record my song and that came with a more unique opportunity to record this music video. These are all things I never really thought that I’d do but I did it and what, no surprise it was a huge success. Just like everything else that I do," Morgan told Jackie Redmond ahead of WWE’s Night of Champions. The interview was transcribed by Fightful.

Morgan’s foray into music fits a broader WWE strategy that has seen wrestlers release original songs and videos to promote storylines and character development. While WWE has long used music as a marketing tool, the current era features a more direct collaboration between performers and the creative team. “Trouble” was produced in partnership with WWE’s in‑house music department and includes choreography that mirrors the high‑energy entrance Morgan performed at WrestleMania.

The single’s launch coincided with a period of heightened visibility for Morgan. She entered the 2026 Royal Rumble, won the match, and later defended her Women’s World Championship at SummerSlam. The timing of the single helped sustain momentum for her title run and reinforced her brand as a multi‑talented entertainer.

From a business perspective, the video’s view count and social‑media reach illustrate WWE’s capacity to generate cross‑platform engagement. YouTube’s metrics are publicly reported, while WWE’s own analytics suggest that the video has generated millions of impressions across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. These numbers are significant for a performer whose primary platform is televised wrestling.

WWE’s investment in original music also mirrors broader industry trends. Other wrestlers, such as Roman Reigns and Becky Lynch, have released singles that chart on streaming services. The company’s focus on music is part of a strategy to diversify revenue streams and create additional content for its global audience.

As of now, Morgan has not announced plans for a full album or further singles. She has indicated that “Trouble” may be the last music project she will pursue, according to a separate interview with Wrestletalk. However, the success of the video suggests that WWE may continue to support similar ventures for other talent.

In short, Liv Morgan’s “Trouble” has achieved significant viewership and social‑media engagement, and the performer has publicly declared it the hottest music video of 2026. The release aligns with WWE’s broader music‑marketing strategy and underscores the promotion’s ability to blend athletic performance with mainstream entertainment.
