Crossroads Label Group Announces Leadership Overhaul and New Fletcher Office
Crossroads Label Group, the parent company of Southern Gospel imprints Horizon and Sonlite Records and roots labels Mountain Home Music Company and Organic Records, announced a series of internal promotions and a new office location on 1 September 2026. Company President Scott Wagner said the changes signal a new growth phase for the firm.
Wagner’s statement, released on the company’s website, highlighted the appointment of Audrey Fletcher as Vice President of Marketing, Greg Bentley as Vice President of A&R – Christian, and Aynsley Porchak as Director of Digital Marketing. The announcement also introduced Justin Hiltner as Vice President of A&R – Roots. Hiltner, a long‑time banjo player and former Mountain Home artist, noted that his move to the company’s western North Carolina headquarters would allow him to work closely with the label’s roster.
The new headquarters are located at 145 Cane Creek Industrial Park Rd, Suite 125, Fletcher, North Carolina. Wagner said the space was designed to “inspire collaboration” and to accommodate the expanded leadership team. The relocation follows Crossroads’ history of operating out of Asheville, North Carolina, and reflects the company’s continued focus on the Southern gospel, bluegrass, and Americana markets.
Crossroads Label Group was formed in 1993 through the merger of Horizon Music Group and Sonlite Records. The company now manages several labels, including Horizon Records, Sonlite Records, Mountain Home Music Company, and Organic Records. The firm has built a reputation for producing and distributing gospel, bluegrass, and Americana recordings, and for providing music publishing and radio promotion services.
Wagner emphasized that the promotions were part of a broader strategy to strengthen the company’s core functions. “Crossroads is entering an exciting period of growth,” he said. “Our move into new offices and the recent promotions across our team reflect both our momentum and our ambitions.”
Hiltner, who has recorded two albums at Crossroads’ studio and released music with the label—including a 2018 release with Roland White—added that his primary missions in roots music are to tell honest stories about musical traditions and to give all forms of roots music the treatment they deserve.
The leadership changes come as Crossroads continues to expand its artist roster and digital presence. The new marketing and A&R appointments are expected to support the company’s ongoing efforts to promote its Southern gospel and roots artists, manage catalog licensing, and enhance distribution across streaming platforms.
At present, the company’s public statements confirm the new office address, the promotion of four senior staff members, and the addition of Hiltner to the A&R team. No further details regarding future releases or touring plans have been disclosed.
The announcement underscores Crossroads Label Group’s commitment to growth and to maintaining its position as a leading independent label in the gospel, bluegrass, and Americana sectors.
