Evan Announces Mini Album Death of Me and Global Tour Ahead of September 7 Release

Evan, the former ENHYPEN member who debuted as a solo artist under the stage name Evan, has confirmed the release of his first mini‑album, Death of Me, on September 7, 2026. The album will be available for purchase and streaming worldwide, with pre‑orders opening on September 10 at 11 a.m. The artist will hold a debut showcase at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul at 7 p.m. on the release day.

The announcement follows Evan’s solo debut single, “Ride or Die,” which dropped on June 22. The track quickly rose to the top of iTunes “Top Songs” in nine countries and regions, reached number one on Tencent Music’s weekly Korea chart in China, and consistently appeared near the top of YouTube’s daily global music video chart. The single showcased Evan’s vocal range, stage presence, songwriting, composition, and production skills, earning him a reputation as a “complete all‑rounder” in the industry.

Belift Lab Inc., Evan’s agency, stated that the artist was heavily involved in the creation of Death of Me. According to the company, Evan “directly participated in producing the overall album, recording his sincere inner self and his firm will toward the future into high‑quality sound.” The mini‑album is described as a declaration to seize tangled emotions and move forward boldly.

In addition to the album release, Evan will embark on a series of global performances that coincide with the comeback. The schedule includes:

September 14 – a special program called “Spotlight” at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles. September 16 – KCON LA 2026, held at the Crypto.com Arena. September 23 – the Greater China awards show 2026 TIMA. September 27 – the 2026 K‑World Dream Awards.

These appearances are part of a relay tour that will take Evan to major music events across North America and Asia. The tour is intended to promote the mini‑album and to reconnect with fans who followed his solo debut.

Pre‑orders for Death of Me begin on September 10, and the album will be available on all major streaming platforms and for digital download on the same day as the showcase. Fans will be able to purchase the physical edition through the official Belift Lab online store and at select retail outlets.

The showcase itself will feature live performances of tracks from the mini‑album, a brief interview segment, and a meet‑and‑greet session with fans. The event is scheduled to take place at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall, a venue that has hosted numerous K‑pop showcases in the past.

Evan’s return to the music scene after his departure from ENHYPEN has been closely watched by industry observers. The rapid chart success of “Ride or Die” and the forthcoming Death of Me suggest that his solo career is gaining momentum. The combination of a new release, a global tour, and a high‑profile showcase indicates that Belift Lab is positioning Evan for sustained visibility in both domestic and international markets.

As of now, the next steps for Evan include finalizing the album’s production, completing the pre‑order campaign, and preparing for the showcase and tour dates. Fans and industry analysts will be monitoring the album’s performance on streaming charts and the impact of the tour on his international profile.
