VXO N Partners with Japans PIA Corporation to Enter Japanese Market

VXO N, the Filipino boy band that debuted in 2022, has announced a partnership with Japanese entertainment company PIA Corporation, marking the group’s first major foray into the Japanese music industry. The announcement was made by ABS‑CBN Entertainment on February 8, 2026 and has already generated a small but enthusiastic online response.

VXO N, stylized in all caps, is a five‑member group formed by Cornerstone Entertainment. The members—C13, Sam, Franz, Vince, and Patrick—made their official debut on January 7, 2022 with the single “The Beast.” Since then the group has released a series of tracks that blend house and pop influences and has performed at international festivals, including the Waterbomb Festival 2024 in Incheon, South Korea. The band is often referred to as the “Monsters of P‑pop” and is part of the growing Philippine pop (P‑pop) scene that has gained attention across Asia.

PIA Corporation, the partner in this deal, is a Japanese entertainment and event‑ticketing company founded in 1972 and headquartered in Tokyo. The company operates “Ticket PIA,” Japan’s first online computer ticketing system launched in 1984, and manages sales for concerts, sports, theater, film, and other leisure events. PIA’s business model focuses on providing access to entertainment events rather than producing music, and it is not related to Pakistan International Airlines.

The partnership was revealed in a post by ABS‑CBN Entertainment that highlighted VXO N’s plans to learn Japanese and embrace Japanese culture as part of their expansion strategy. While the announcement did not disclose specific terms—such as distribution rights, promotional activities, or a release schedule—industry observers note that the collaboration could provide the Filipino group with access to PIA’s extensive ticketing network and event‑promotion expertise.

Japan’s music market is the second largest globally, with 2026 revenue estimated at $7 billion. Streaming and digital sales continue to rise, and the country’s idol system remains a powerful platform for new acts. A partnership with a Japanese entertainment company could therefore give VXO N a foothold in a market that values localized promotion and live performance support.

The announcement sparked a modest online reaction. The ABS‑CBN post received 26 shares and seven comments, including congratulatory messages such as “congrats VXO N” and “Best Boys VXO N.” The comments, posted on social media, have not been independently verified but indicate a positive reception among the group’s fan base.

At this stage, the details of the collaboration remain limited. VXO N’s management has not issued a statement beyond the initial announcement, and PIA Corporation has not released a separate press release. Both parties are reportedly working on the logistics of the partnership, and further information is expected in the coming weeks.

In summary, VXO N’s alliance with PIA Corporation represents the group’s first significant step into the Japanese market. The partnership leverages PIA’s ticketing and event‑promotion infrastructure, while VXO N brings its growing P‑pop brand and international performance experience. As the Japanese music industry continues to attract global acts, the collaboration could position VXO N for future releases and live events in Japan, pending the release of more detailed terms.
